I liaise with funeral directors to ensure the correct pricing. Usually, you would pay the funeral director for my services and they then forward the payment to me. This is so that you don’t have to worry about multiple payments. I am happy with this arrangement but if you felt the need to pay me directly, of course, I would respect that.

Fee : 30/45 min slot at crematorium or graveside: £228; 

 Double time slot at crematorium: £250; 

Double funeral (2 people): £330 ... Burial following a crematorium ceremony £230;

Burial or scattering of ashes, if I have done the ceremony £50; Burial of ashes or scattering of ashes, if I have not done the ceremony £100 -230 depending on your requirements. eg. a simple scattering with a few words or perhaps a poem to a full tribute.

Celebration of life/memorial £230 for first two to 3 hours. £40 per hour thereafter.

Payment Schedule - Invoices will be issued to you as follows: 

Booking fee £250 non refundable deposit secures your date.

Writing Fee - £250 due 4 months prior to the wedding.

 Final £250 due four weeks before the date of ceremony.

One ritual is included as well as ring exchange. Additional mini ceremonies £50 This includes the ritual and ceremonial item eg. sand and jar, handfasting cord, broom, oathing stone etc . These will be discussed at meetings with you and only ordered, if agreed by yourself.

Travel will be invoiced when travel occurs outside 40 miles of Belper at 45p a mile .

Any alternative transport requirement (ferry, train, plane, etc) will be charged additionally.

 If you wish me to travel further afield and it is more practical, accomodation and sustenance will be either paid directly by you or invoiced by me. 

Payment should be made via BACS to the account detailed on invoices. Elizabeth Kay Swann terms are seven days. Cheques will only be accepted by prior agreement. The Booking will not be confirmed until the Booking Fee has been received.

Booking and Writing Fee - 50% of the total fee, invoiced at time of booking, non-refundable after 14 days.

 Final 50% due four weeks before the date of ceremony.

Travel will be invoiced when travel occurs outside of the limit detailed above.
